This role requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3+ years in retail or customer service, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work extended store hours including holidays and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated, career-oriented, and hardworking.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be willing to work on a shift schedule (store hours generally 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
• Store hours may extend during holidays or for inventory and special events.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with the Head Office for store promotions, events, and inventory planning.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
