Job summary

Fredley Group Of Companies is seeking a Store Manager for Kenangan Coffee in Banawe, Quezon City. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee daily operations, inventory, and cost controls to achieve sales targets.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on quality and safety in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in food service and knowledge of health standards are preferred.

Job Description

1. Team Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of store staff, including baristas and cashier personnel.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to new employees.
• Foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.

2. Customer Service:

• Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train and coach staff in providing exceptional customer experiences.

3. Store Operations:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
• Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.

4. Sales and Marketing:

• Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

5. Quality Control:

• Ensure that all products are prepared and served according to Macao Imperial Tea's quality and presentation standards.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to local health regulations and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
