Job summary

Fredley Group Of Companies is seeking a Store Manager for Kenangan Coffee in Banawe, Quezon City. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee daily operations, inventory, and cost controls to achieve sales targets.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on quality and safety in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in food service and knowledge of health standards are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience in retail/food service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor a team.
• Customer-focused with commitment to service.
• Basic math for inventory and sales data.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
• Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff including baristas and cashiers; create work schedules and train new employees.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation; handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory checks, and stock orders.
• Set and achieve sales targets; implement promotions and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure products are prepared and served per brand standards; conduct quality checks on ingredients and equipment.
• Maintain health and safety standards and a clean working environment in compliance with regulations.
