• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead store staff including baristas and cashiers.
• Foster teamwork and staff development through training and scheduling.
• Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, stock checks, and ordering as needed.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs; implement promotions and local marketing.
• Ensure product quality and presentation meet brand standards; conduct quality checks.
• Enforce health, safety and local regulations in the workplace.
