Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Enthusiasm for Kenangan Coffee and its products.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: supervise and lead a team of store staff including baristas and cashier personnel.
• Customer Service: ensure outstanding service and handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Store Operations: oversee daily procedures, inventory, stock checks, and budgeting.
• Sales and Marketing: set and achieve KPIs, implement promotions, participate in local marketing.
• Quality Control: ensure products meet quality and presentation standards; conduct checks.
• Health and Safety Compliance: maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow health regulations.
