Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic math for inventory and sales data.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and create work schedules, training and development.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and coach staff on service standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and place orders to maintain stock.
• Set sales targets and implement promotions to drive revenue.
• Ensure products meet Macao Imperial Tea quality and safety standards.
