The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is seeking a Cafe Lead (Store Manager) in Davao City. Lead the cafe team, oversee daily operations, monitor sales and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction across two CBTL locations in Davao City.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in F&B/retail management, strong leadership and customer service skills, and flexibility for shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience in people management and leading teams.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory control, and cost management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the cafe team to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee daily store operations and service standards.
• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports for management.
• Ensure staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.

Ground Floor 1109 Abreeza, Ayala Mall Jp. Laurel Avenue, Davao City 8000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team
• Oversee daily store operations and service standards
• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses
• Prepare and analyze operational reports
• Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
• Drive sales and achieve store targets
• Lead by example and uphold CBTL’s FROTH values: Friendliness, Respect, Ownership, Teamwork, and Honesty.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries
• With experience in people/team management
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
