What The Role Will Entail

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
• Implement marketing programs and strategies that promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of wallet
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team
• Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships
• Perform compliance, governance, and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank
• Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards
