Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services
• Implement marketing programs/strategies to promote products, acquire new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of wallet
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team
• Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships
• Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on policies and framework set by the bank
• Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business or any related field
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industry

• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering lasting customer relationships
