Job summary

Bacha Coffee in Manila is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our luxury retail store. You will direct sales management, inventory control, scheduling, hiring and staff training while maintaining the brand’s visual standards and customer experience.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, drive revenue, and uphold safety policies in a fast-paced, restaurant-like environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of management experience in luxury goods, or a comparable retail environment and experience in Customer Service.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
• Work is normally performed in a typical restaurant work environment.
• Required to work in operation hours according to scheduled shift.
