Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of total retail experience.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Hit individual sales and store targets.
• Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers.
• Maintain control on discounting and giveaways / discontinued products.
• Ensure all monies and sales transactions are in accordance with procedures.
• Uphold the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand.
• Work with Managers and floor staff to manage inventory and minimize stock losses.
• Update the customer database frequently.
