Job summary

The BLOMSTRE is seeking a Shop Operations Associate for its fragrance and gifting concept in Metro Manila. You will represent the brand to customers with warmth and polish, delivering personalized shopping experiences that foster loyalty.

You will manage inventory, conduct daily stock counts, maintain pristine product displays, and support the management team with day-to-day operations. Requirements include at least 2 years in retail and strong English communication; weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Filipino a plus.
• Highly organized with eye for detail.
• Comfortable with numbers and stock tracking.
• Trustworthy with physical stock and data daily.
• Polished, premium-brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day shop operations and ensure company guidelines and standards are consistently followed

Represent THE BLOMSTRE brand to customers with warmth and polish, demonstrating and explaining our fragrance and gifting collections. You will create personalised, memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty and repeat visits, while maintaining immaculate visual standards and product presentation. You are the face of a premium brand to every customer and the guardian of accurate stock data that keeps the business running cleanly.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand to customers with warmth and polish; demonstrate and explain fragrance and gifting collections
• Create personalised, memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty and repeat visits
• Maintain immaculate visual standards and product presentation at all times
• Conduct daily and weekly stock counts; track inventory movement per shop location
• Report stock levels, damages, and replenishment needs accurately and on time
• Ensure every transaction and inventory record is clean, honest, and auditable
• Stay in regular communication with the management team regarding store updates, inventory, sales, operational matters, and other business requirements

About you

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience required
• Strong face-to-face communication skills; confident speaking to customers in English (Filipino is a plus)
• Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
• Comfortable with numbers and basic inventory tracking (experience with spreadsheets or shop-level stock systems is a strong advantage)
• Trustworthy and accountable — you will handle physical stock and sales data daily
• Polished, presentable demeanour suited to a premium brand environment
• Reliable and punctual; able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Able to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day shop responsibilities
• Willing to communicate closely with the management team
