Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or similar role
• Strong sales, leadership, and people-management skills
• Customer-oriented, organized, and target-driven
• Knowledgeable or passionate about hobbies, collectibles, trading cards, comics, and figures is a plus
• Retail, specialty store, or hobby shop experience is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned within the indicated locations

Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and deployment
