Job summary

Vision Express Philippines is seeking a store professional to develop strategies that attract customers and drive traffic and profitability. The role requires degree qualifications, experience in retail, and strong communication in multiple languages.

You will lead sales targets, mentor the team, ensure policy compliance, and deliver excellent customer service during store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (ideally business-related) or a post-graduate degree (optometry).
