Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Manage daily operations of the store.
• Organize and arrange merchandise effectively.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Process daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed for use.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing and assignments to HQ and superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and superior.
• Follow SOPs and established guidelines.
