Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. is seeking a professional to manage storekeeping and receiving inspection in the logistics function.

You will ensure proper identification, documentation, and traceability of aeronautical products, materials and consumables, while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with audits. The role includes inspecting incoming goods, coordinating with relevant offices, issuing items upon approved requests, and preparing shipments with accurate documentation.

• Professional experience in logistics and storekeeping preferred.
• Ability to ensure proper inventory, documentation, and traceability of aeronautical products.

Responsibilities

• Perform Chief Storekeeper and Receiving Inspector roles.
• Ensure aeronautical products and consumables are identified with complete traceable documents.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, shelf limits and documentation.
• Withdraw and issue items to PPC Section with approved authorization.
• Coordinate with offices to manage stock shortages or critical items.
• Inspect incoming goods to ensure conformance and proper documentation.
• Identify and quarantine unserviceable or bogus items.
• Tag and identify all aeronautical products and consumables.
• Prepare packaging and documentation for shipment and delivery.

• Perform the role of Chief Storekeeper and Receiving Inspector;
• Ensures that all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables are properly identified and have all necessary documents traceable and readily available upon request;
• Ensures proper and accurate inventory, recording, and regular monitoring of aeronautical products, materials, and consumables and its shelf limits as appropriate;
• Withdraws and issues aeronautical products, materials, and consumables to PPC Section upon approval of Support and Service Sales Division;
• Coordinates with concerned offices of aeronautical products, materials, and consumables that are not available or critical in stock level;
• Ensures good general storekeeping/ housekeeping;
• Performs standard incoming inspection of all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables being received by AHPI from accredited suppliers/ vendors and/or customers;
• Prepares and files complaints on any damages found during the standard incoming inspection of delivered goods;
• Ensures unserviceable and unapproved or bogus aeronautical products, materials, and consumables are properly identified and quarantined from the serviceable items;
• Ensures proper identification and tagging of all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables;
• Performs inspection, standard packaging, and documentation of aeronautical products, materials, and consumables prior shipment / delivery;
• Issues AHPI Authorized Release Certificate after performance of required inspection/ test;
• Responsible for updating and monitoring of aeronautical products in stock affected by Airworthiness Directives issued by authorities
• Prepares and perform due diligence for all audit requirements; collaborate projects for the correction of audit findings (CAAP, AH and BIR), propose project to mitigate recurrent findings;
• Provide inventory information with CSM in terms of parts availability for costing purposes and project scheduling;
• Support with mechanics in terms of aircraft parts and consumables inquiry such as technical and other manufacturing information;
• Support Finance and Procurement with regard to supplier invoice payment;
• Prepare all the necessary documentation and arrangement for all export shipments; proper packaging of item, booking to courier and coordination to stakeholders;
• Provide assistance to Logistics Supervisor but not limited to processing importation requirements;
• Tracking the progress of shipments, provide necessary/required documents, managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and estimated deliveries;
• Update project parts status to stakeholders (CSM, SSM, Planners and mechanics) such as shipment details, estimated delivery, arrival and issuance through Digital Workpack Dashboard;
• Collaborate project that may enhance and develop process;
• Other task and responsibilities in the absence of her supervisor.
