Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled Chief Storekeeper and Receiving Inspector to manage aircraft parts inventory and ensure traceable documentation.

The role requires rigorous inspection, accurate recording, proper packaging and documentation prior to shipment, and coordination with multiple offices to maintain stock and compliance with authorities. A strong emphasis on audit readiness and process improvement is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of Chief Storekeeper and Receiving Inspector.
• Ensure aeronautical products, materials, and consumables are properly identified with traceable documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory, recording, and monitor shelf limits.
• Withdraw and issue items to PPC Section upon approval.
• Coordinate with offices on stock shortages or critical stock items.
• Maintain good general storekeeping and housekeeping.
• Conduct standard incoming inspection of goods from suppliers/customers.
• Prepare and file complaints for damaged delivered goods.
• Identify and quarantine unserviceable or unapproved items.
