Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. is seeking a permanent Chief Storekeeper and Receiving Inspector in the Logistics field. The role entails ensuring proper identification, documentation, and control of aeronautical products, materials, and consumables.

You will manage inventory, coordinate stock availability, perform incoming inspections, support audits, and assist in export/import documentation and courier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of Chief Storekeeper and Receiving Inspector
• Identify items and ensure all documents are traceable and available
• Maintain accurate inventory and monitor shelf life
• Withdraw and issue stock to PPC Section with proper approvals
• Coordinate with offices on stock availability and critical items
• Carry out standard incoming inspection of items from suppliers
• Identify, quarantine, and document unserviceable items
• Tag and identify all aeronautical products and consumables
• Prepare export shipment documents and coordinate with couriers
• Support audits and update stakeholders on parts status
