The role includes supervising daily store operations, monitoring inventory, and creating strategies to boost profitability at the Murcia location. You'll handle customer inquiries, source, hire, train, and lead subordinates, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Retail apparel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.
• Willing to be trained and relocate as required.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Managers and accept delegated responsibilities to become a manager.
• Supervise daily operation of the store, monitoring stock inventory level.
• Develop strategies to enhance profitability and maximize location potential.
• Dealing with customer complaints and queries.
• Sourcing, hiring, training, and managing subordinates.
• Preparing weekly and monthly detailed reports.
