Authentic Caps Retail Inc. Philippines invites a Store Manager-in-Training to grow into a leadership role, overseeing daily store operations, stock levels, and customer engagement in the local market.

You will work alongside managers, source and train subordinates, handle customer inquiries, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports while developing strategies to boost profitability and store performance with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail apparel environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Managers and accept delegated responsibilities to become managers.
• Supervise daily operation of the store and monitor stock inventory.
• Develop strategies to enhance profitability and maximize location and target market potential.
• Deal with customer complaints and queries.
• Sourcing, hiring, training, and managing subordinates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly detailed reports.
