Job summary

Jelexie Bakeshop is seeking a Store Management Trainee who is passionate about customer service, people leadership, and retail operations. You will assist in daily store operations, support sales and customer service, monitor inventory, and supervise staff to ensure smooth running of the shop.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business-related field and at least 1 year of store supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Store Supervisor.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations and administration of the store
• Support sales and customer service activities
• Assist in monitoring inventory, product availability, and proper product handling
• Help supervise and coordinate store employees
• Monitor store cleanliness, product quality, and food safety standards
• Assist in achieving sales targets and operational objectives

• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management
