As Store Lead for Straightforward, you will manage personnel, drive monthly sales targets and KPIs, and foster open communication and continuous improvement through peer-to-peer assessments. You will also compile in-store reports on performance and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management for all store personnel, fostering a motivating and efficient work environment
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the store
• Facilitate peer-to-peer assessments, promoting open communication and constant improvement within the team
• Compile and submit in-store reports detailing sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics
