Job summary

edamama is seeking a Store Supervisor in the Philippines to lead a branch with a customer-focused mindset and drive sales targets. You will oversee stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and mentor a team to deliver strong results.

As a store ambassador, you will collect customer feedback and report insights to the head office, while ensuring operational standards across assigned branches in Makati and surrounding malls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Hungry for success and highly motivated to achieve targets.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Supervisory experience in a leading retail store is essential.
• Willing to work at assigned branches (Robinsons Magnolia, Ayala Fairview Terraces, Lucky Chinatown Mall).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of self-driven members to achieve sales targets
• Monitor sales and stock levels and coordinate replenishment schedules
• Monitor and analyze sales results and report findings to management
• Serve as ambassador of the brand, collect information/feedback through customer interactions and report to head office.
