• Ensure proper management of daily operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements for store stability.
• Recruit, select, train, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Order necessary supplies.
• Report sales and staff updates to HQ.
• Send documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established guidelines and SOP.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
