Responsibilities

• Ensure store sales targets are consistently achieved.
• Supervise control measures to minimize expenses (utilities, supplies).
• Oversee brand/marketing activities, store visuals, and local marketing.
• Submit daily store operation reports (sales, inventory, etc.).
• Monitor inventory and issue weekly replenishment requests.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and report variances and losses.
• Lead and coach direct reports to meet targets and SOPs; assess performance.
