Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With Supervisory or Team Leader experience.
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service
• Monitoring stock levels, ensuring adequate product availability, and tracking purchase orders
• Preparing and controlling the store's budget, and ensuring purchases and stock levels stay within budget
• Setting and meeting the sales targets and motivating staff to do so
• Ensuring the store complies with all health and safety legislation
• Analyzing sales and revenue reports, and making forecasts
• Inspiring and guiding employees, creating a positive work environment.
