Job summary

Bravefoods Global Holdings Inc. seeks a Store Team Leader for the APT BLK 513 store in Makati.

This role manages daily operations, ensures service standards, supervises the team, handles stock, cash, and equipment, and upholds food safety and brand SOPs to deliver a complete guest experience. You will lead by example, train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with Operations on manpower, inventory, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Preferably one year of experience in a food or retail environment.
• Supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure and during peak store hours.
• Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, opening/closing, and shift briefings.
• Coach staff on greeting scripts, service tone, and product knowledge.
• Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and FIFO principles.
• Monitor POS operations, cash handling, and end-of-day reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Lead by example and foster a positive store culture.
• Coordinate with Operations on manpower, supplies, and performance.
• Prepare weekly manpower allocation based on forecasted sales.
