Job summary

The Binondo Food Group in Makati is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure quality and cleanliness, and provide fast, courteous service to customers.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• Experience in food, retail, kiosk, or take-out operations; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic inventory and cash handling.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, cleanliness and store readiness.
• Deliver fast, accurate, courteous customer service.
• Supervise, schedule and coach store staff.
• Monitor attendance, discipline and team performance.
• Track sales and support efforts to meet targets.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels and wastage minimization.
• Ensure proper cash handling and sales reporting.
• Submit required reports and escalate issues when needed.
• Enforce company policies and standards.
