Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is seeking a Store Manager for the Nueva Ecija region. The role is responsible for achieving sales and profitability, managing merchandising and shrinkage, and leading store personnel.

You will conduct business analysis, customer service oversight, and ensure compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a track record of meeting targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and basic problem-solving skills.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Willing to work at Robinsons Easymart Magic Mall San Jose, Nueva Ecija.

• Achieves sales versus target and manages profitability.
• Controls merchandising and shrinkage, ensures correct display standards and SSL.
• Performs business analysis, prepares sales and stock reports, and supports pricing and promotions.
