Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines is seeking a qualified Retail Supervisor to lead our Baggao, Cagayan store, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service through strong merchandising and team leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in retail, and proven skills in organizing, coaching, people management, and operations. You will train staff, monitor compliance, manage stock and cash, and report results to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet & serve customers.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements to protect the store’s reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees; monitor & appraise job performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees & customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items; document appropriate notes.
• Complete, update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
