Job summary

Siddha Group is seeking a Senior Executive - Assistant Manager in Marketing with a focus on material management and store operations. The role involves overseeing ERP-based material control, indent preparation, GRN activities, and meticulous stock recording.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery, conducting regular stock checks, and maintaining accurate stock reports for audits and planning.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP software and inventory control.
• Experience with material indent and GRN preparation.

Responsibilities

• Check-in of material inward and outward. Performing inventory inspections and recording supplies and stock as necessary.
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders, Update internal databases with order details.
• Follow up with suppliers, purchase department for material delivery.
• Checking of material Balance stock in Store, Quantity of material is counted and counter checked with challan copy.
• Issue of material to contractor and Keeping record, Preparation of matrial stock report.
• Regular monitoring the matrial management, availability, minimum stock values, store managements and day to day material consumption.
