Job summary

Indochine Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Stock/Inventory Controller for its restaurant in Subic Bay Freeport Zone. You will conduct regular physical counts of food, beverage, and dry stock and maintain accurate digital records using restaurant management software.

You will reconcile sales figures and POS data, apply strong analytical skills, and work closely with Operations to ensure inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills required.
• Experience in hospitality inventory systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory/stock software is essential.
