Job summary

One Food Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage stock levels at Sta. Maria, Bulacan. You will monitor inventory, conduct counts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure records align with physical stock.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, a related bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Office and Excel. The role is full-time and on-site in Sta. Maria.

Qualifications

• Has at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and other related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and track stock quantities to ensure adequate inventory.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile counts with system records.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve shortages, overages, damaged, or missing items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Prepare stock, variance, and inventory movement reports for management.
