MSM-HK TELECOM TECHNOLOGY is seeking a Store Head to oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and performance reporting. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and implementing strategic initiatives to grow traffic and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have leadership training, a background in retail management, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time and requires in-person work in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store head to oversee daily operations at our store. As the store head, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

Education and Experience:

• A graduate of any business course.
• Leadership or Management Training Programs.

• Previous experience as an assistant store manager or department manager.
• Expertise in handling customer complaints, creating excellent customer experiences, and building customer loyalty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in retail management software or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Adaptability and ability to handle high-pressure environments.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month.
