MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Centroplex Mall. The role focuses on driving sales growth, maintaining store standards, and leading a retail team. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership and communication skills in Filipino and English. Willingness to work at Centroplex Mall is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own use items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Handle other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
