MR DIY Philippines at Ali Mall seeks a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and mentor a retail team. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills, with experience in merchandising and staff coordination.

The position is based at Ali Mall, and candidates should be available to work in a fast-paced retail environment in the Philippines. Excellent communication in Filipino and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Preferably with Supervisory experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Able to work in Ali Mall.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and comply with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank deposits of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, assignments, and cases to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
