Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Tagoloan Plaza to lead daily store operations and sales growth. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in retail, with strong leadership and merchandising capabilities.

The candidate will organize displays, manage staff coaching, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while serving customers and contributing to HQ reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 year(s) of working experience in retail industry.
• Preferably Supervisor with 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customers.
• Maintain stability & reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, Selecting, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employees; monitoring & appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering own-use items & small notes as needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
