Job summary

SM Affiliate: International Toyworld, Inc. in Cavite/North Luzon area is seeking a Store Supervisor for SM Molino. The role supports the Store Manager through effective administration of the department to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

You will meet sales targets, promote related items, participate in trainings, and ensure proper cash handling, inventory, and adherence to company standards for a strong brand image.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in store operations or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed the company’s sales goals and service standards.
• Promote and suggest other appropriate items to increase sales.
• Attend store meetings and training to develop skills.
• Adhere to policies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Organize staff schedules and supervise sales staff.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with Warehouse for stock.
• Follow cash handling policies and store registers.
• Ensure promotions align with company standards.
• Assist in safety measures for merchandise, customers and employees.
