The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in retail, with fluency in Filipino and English, and willingness to work at SM Center Angono.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and petty cash as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing and assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Send documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
