Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Expansion Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of new store openings and expansions in the Philippines.

You will work with real estate, construction, operations, marketing, and finance to ensure timely openings within budget and meeting company standards. The role requires leading site selection, lease negotiations, and coordinating store design and build-out with internal teams and external partners, while managing timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in retail store development, expansion, or real estate management.
• Proven project management skills with expertise in lease negotiation and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site selection, lease negotiations, and due diligence for new store openings.
• Oversee store design, construction, and build-out in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Collaborate with store operations on pre-opening activities such as staffing, inventory setup, and training.
• Support strategic expansion planning, optimize store formats, and maintain strong vendor and landlord relationships.
