Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking a Store Manager in the Ilocos Region to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company standards.

You will coach Supervisors, manage inventory, optimize merchandising, and monitor KPIs to improve profitability and store performance. Weekend work and potential relocation to other store locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations with 2+ years in supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cashiering operations, and store administration.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays; willing to be assigned to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of store targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Selling and Cashiering Supervisors to ensure high performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, manpower deployment, and customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, merchandising execution, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and audit requirements.
• Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage customer concerns and promote a customer-centric culture.
• Implement risk control measures to safeguard company assets and minimize losses.
