Job summary

UNIQLO Philippines is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of products from distribution centers to stores nationwide. You will coordinate transportation partners, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement to support growth and customer satisfaction.

You will lead 3PL and carrier relationships, manage delivery KPIs, and help optimize budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of practical experience in logistics is desirable.
Experience with warehousing, forwarding, and importing is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, dispute resolution, and communication skills.
Ability to think logically and pay attention to details.
Able to work on weekends and holidays.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Experience with WMS, TMS, OMS, and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day transportation and delivery operations ensuring on-time performance for stores and customers.
Manage relationships with 3PL and carrier partners; conduct reviews, monitor SLAs, and drive improvements.
Own delivery KPIs and implement improvement plans where targets are not met.
Prepare and monitor annual transportation budgets; identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Investigate delivery incidents and customer complaints; perform root-cause analysis.
Lead logistics projects such as warehouse setups, network redesigns, and onboarding new couriers.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support risk assessments and audits.
