The role emphasizes innovative store concepts reflecting local regional characteristics, integrating with ecommerce, and promoting sustainable development, with strong BIM, AutoCAD, and design execution expertise.

Qualifications

Experience overseeing all phases of new store development and renovations.
Strong presentation, responsiveness and communication with stakeholders.
Practical design/architectural or construction management background.
In-house design development experience for retail environments.
At least 3 years in BIM, business transformation or related design work.

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of store opening projects from planning to opening.
Create innovative stores reflecting regional characteristics and customer needs.
Develop new formats and transform store design with ecommerce integration.
Management of planning, design, construction and opening phases.
Apply store-specific designs and layouts respecting regional profiles.
