Job summary

Uniqlo is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead 3PL collaborations, ensuring compliant transportation and efficient warehouse operations aligned with company goals. You will manage receiving, storage and shipping, forecast volumes, and monitor KPIs while maintaining product quality and cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and negotiation skills to resolve issues quickly, especially during peak seasons and busy sale periods.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical experience in logistics is desirable.
• Experience in warehousing, forwarding and importing capabilities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 3PL to ensure transportation meets FR requirements.
• Lead warehouse 3PL operations, set targets, and achieve KPIs.
• Create volume forecasts and manage locations and operations.
• Use inventory systems to prevent loss and discrepancies.
• Coordinate import, warehousing, and store delivery for smooth operations.
• Oversee busy periods and work weekends/holidays when needed.
• Create warehousing budgets and monitor actual vs budget.
• Communicate effectively with 3PL and negotiate to resolve issues.
