• Conducts ocular inspection of approved sites for new stores.
• Coordinates with lessors and mall administration for design guidelines.
• Formulates schematic plans based on Potato Corner design guidelines.
• Provides detailed architectural, electrical, and plumbing working plans.
• Assist procurement in selecting contractors.
• Monitor construction payments and billing of contractors.
• Oversees project turnover to operations by meeting timelines and specs.
• Manages store renovations with new designs and construction monitoring.
• Handles minor repairs and store alterations from contractors and mall requests.
