Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a PRC-licensed Architect to lead architectural and interior design development for fast-food stores and related facilities in Quezon City. You will translate client requirements into buildable designs, prepare complete drawing sets, review specifications, and ensure cross-discipline coordination during project execution.

The role includes design review, quality control, construction support, and mentoring of junior staff, with full-time on-site work in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• PRC Licensed Architect.
• Has a minimum of 3–5 years of related experience, preferably in Restaurant, Retail and Industrial Design and Construction.
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and work full time on-site.

  • Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, details, and other construction drawings.
  • Translate project requirements, site conditions, and client specifications into practical and buildable designs.
• Design Documentation.
  • Prepare complete and accurate construction drawing sets for project implementation.
  • Review dimensions, specifications, material requirements, and other technical details for accuracy.
  • Ensure consistency and proper coordination among architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other related drawings.
