Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a licensed architect with 5–7 years of experience in restaurant, retail, and industrial design to lead design teams and manage project coordination for fast-food stores in Quezon City. The role is full-time and on-site.

Responsibilities include supervising drafting, reviewing design documentation, ensuring quality control, and providing technical direction to designers. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• PRC licensed architect.
• 5–7 years of related experience, preferably in restaurant, retail and industrial design and construction.
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and work full time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and Planning: supervise preparation and development of architectural, interior, and technical drawings for fast-food stores and related facilities.
• Review store layouts, floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, details, and other design documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Design Team Supervision: supervise and provide technical direction to designers, draftsmen, and other design personnel; assign design tasks based on project requirements and capacity; monitor quality and timeliness of deliverables.
