Job summary

R.Lapid's Chicharon & Barbercue Laging Bagong Luto in Metro Manila is seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to assist in store design, fit-out, and maintenance projects across retail locations. You will prepare and update drawings, coordinate with operations and engineering teams, and conduct site visits.

Fresh graduates are welcome; knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is preferred. This role requires field work, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple site activities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in construction, store fit-out, or maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of retail or food industry setup is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of technical drawings and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and site activities.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in field work.
• Organized in handling documents and project files.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to do fieldwork and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of store design, fit-out, and maintenance projects across retail locations.
• Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and plans for store construction and renovations.
• Coordinate project requirements with internal teams (Operations, Engineering) and external contractors/suppliers.
• Conduct site visits and field validations to ensure accuracy of plans and actual conditions.
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely implementation.
• Assist in repair and maintenance activities of stores and facilities.
• Maintain proper documentation of plans, permits, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
