Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a licensed Architect to join our on-site design and construction team in Quezon City. You will lead schematic drawings, CAD and SketchUp models, and coordinate with operations, business development, IT, construction, and project management.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in design and construction, a strong background in project management and estimates, and the ability to work freehand drawings as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with valid license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and construction
• Proficient in CAD and SketchUp

Responsibilities

• Meets with Operations, Business Development Dept., IT, Construction, Project Management, and Lessor
• Creates schematic drawings, CAD Drawings, perspectives and details
• Conducts site visit during construction
• Conducts design audit after construction, before store opening
• Designs special projects (detailing specification)
• Conducts ocular inspection for existing stores
• Redesigns store perspective aligned to the latest store design standard
• Submits perspective to Managing Director for approval
• Forwards approved perspective and plan to Construction
• Summarizes project monitoring
