About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Crew member to join our team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN in Ramos, Tarlac. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our retail bakery shop. As part of our store crew, you will be at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers have a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and product quality.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting customers with their purchases and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our bakery products
• Operating the till and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Restocking shelves and display cases with fresh baked goods and ensuring products are presented attractively
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store, including the sales floor, storage areas and customer facilities
• Handling cash and card payments whilst adhering to company financial procedures
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required
• Supporting promotional activities and special events organized by the store
• Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Following food safety and health and safety regulations as applicable

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or a similar role within the retail and consumer products sector is highly desirable
